Judkins Park

Judkins Park is a vibrant community that over the last few years has seen new modern dwellings show for a reason.  Being quietly tucked between Madrona and the International district it is easy to forget this neighborhood is less than 2 miles from downtown and 1/2 a mile to lake Washington.  Ride your bike or walk down to the Lake Washington Beaches in the summer and take a swim or get the best seat in the house at Sea Fair.  Judkins Park and Playfields is also one of the largest and best appointed parks in the city with Full Basketball Courts, Tennis Courts and Ball fields.
